       Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Perry) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 344 - 348
    4  and insert:
    5  accumulate further good behavior time or outstanding deed awards
    6  gain-time awards at any point when the tentative release date is
    7  the same as that date at which the prisoner will have served 85
    8  percent of the sentence imposed. A prisoner may not accumulate
    9  further rehabilitation credits at any point
