       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1104 - 1109
    4  and insert:
    5         a. Designated as a public bathing beach or swim area,
    6  except that such areas may not be established within the Florida
    7  Intracoastal Waterway.
    8         b. Within 300 feet of a dam, spillway, or flood control
    9  structure.
   10  
   11  Vessel exclusion zones created pursuant to this subparagraph
   12  must be marked with uniform waterway markers permitted by the
   13  commission in accordance with this chapter. Such zones may not
   14  be marked by ropes.
