    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 920 - 921
    4  and insert:
    5         (2)(a) Any coastal waterways within the jurisdiction of a
    6  county that is included in an area of critical state concern are
    7  designated as anchoring limitation areas. Within such areas, a
    8  vessel on waters of the state may
