       Senator Rouson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 225 and 226
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Section 1004.281, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         1004.281 University expenditure data.—Each state university
    8  shall report supplier diversity expenditure data on the state
    9  university’s website and submit the expenditure data yearly to
   10  the Office of Supplier Diversity of the Department of Management
   11  Services. The department must detail the expenditure data for
   12  all state universities and make this information available on
   13  its website.
   14         Section 5. Section 1004.735, Florida Statutes, is created
   15  to read:
   16         1004.735 Florida College System institution expenditure
   17  data.—Each Florida College System institution shall report
   18  supplier diversity expenditure data on the institution’s website
   19  and submit the expenditure data yearly to the Office of Supplier
   20  Diversity of the Department of Management Services. The
   21  department must detail the expenditure data for all Florida
   22  College System institutions and make this information available
   23  on its website.
