       The Committee on Health Policy (Rodrigues) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 35 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5  may be used only if the practitioner is licensed under chapter
    6  458 or chapter 459 or as a dentist under chapter 466, and the
    7  term “dermatologist” may be used only if the practitioner is
    8  licensed under chapter 458 or
