       The Committee on Appropriations (Diaz and Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (702774) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 600 and 601
    5  insert:
    6         Section 11. Subsection (3) of section 338.166, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         338.166 High-occupancy toll lanes or express lanes.—
    9         (3) Any remaining toll revenue from the high-occupancy toll
   10  lanes or express lanes shall be used by the department for the
   11  construction, maintenance, or improvement of any road or to
   12  support public transportation projects that benefit the
   13  operation of high-occupancy toll lanes or express lanes on the
   14  State Highway System within the county or counties in which the
   15  toll revenues were collected or to support express bus service
   16  on the facility where the toll revenues were collected.
