    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 79 and 80
    4  insert:
    5         (c) Upon agency approval, a PACE organization that is
    6  authorized to provide and has received funding for PACE slots in
    7  a given geographic area may use such slots and funding to serve
    8  the needs of participants in a contiguous geographic area if
    9  such PACE organization is authorized to provide PACE services in
   10  that area.
