       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 235 and 236
    4  insert:
    5         (b) The Board of Governors of the State University System
    6  may authorize a state university that failed to meet its
    7  enrollment goals during the preceding school year to extend the
    8  waiver granted under this subsection to a student who is not a
    9  resident for tuition purposes under s. 1009.21.
