    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 109 - 111
    4  and insert:
    5  that the work, which requires the permit, fails an inspection;
    6  and
    7  	2. The inspector or building code administrator fails to
    8  provide, within 3 business days after the inspection, the permit
    9  holder
