    3         Between lines 568 and 569
    4  insert:
    5         Section 19. Section 627.7031, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         627.7031 Foreign venue clauses prohibited.—After July 1,
    8  2021, a personal residential property insurance policy sold in
    9  this state, insuring only real property located in this state,
   10  may not require an insured to pursue dispute resolution through
   11  litigation, arbitration, or mediation outside this state. This
   12  section also applies to surplus lines insurers and surplus lines
   13  insurance authorized under ss. 626.913-626.937.

   18  and insert:
   19         provisions to changes made by the act; creating s.
   20         627.7031, F.S.; prohibiting foreign venue clauses in

   22         applicability; amending s.
