       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 822 and 823
    4  insert:
    5         Section 17. The Department of Management Services shall
    6  conduct a study evaluating fleet management options to identify
    7  potential savings. The results of the study must be provided in
    8  a written report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker
    9  of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2022.
