    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in Pinellas County;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Deputy Michael J. Magli Memorial Road
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of C.R. 611/East Lake Road South between
   14  Keystone Road and Forelock Road in Pinellas County is designated
   15  as “Deputy Michael J. Magli Memorial Road.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Deputy Michael J. Magli Memorial
   18  Road as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
