       The Committee on Rules (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 106 - 112
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Interscholastic, intercollegiate, intramural, or club
    6  athletic teams or sports that are sponsored by a secondary
    7  school or postsecondary institution, or any secondary school or
    8  institution whose students or teams compete against a public
    9  school or public secondary or postsecondary institution must be
   10  expressly designated as one of the following based on the
   11  biological sex of team members:
