    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (905484) (with title

    4         Between lines 71 and 72
    5  insert:
    6         (6) APPLICABILITY.—This section does not apply to students
    7  who participate, on or before July 1, 2021, in interscholastic,
    8  intercollegiate, intramural, or club athletic teams or sports
    9  that are sponsored by a public primary or secondary school, a
   10  public postsecondary educational institution, or any school or
   11  institution whose students or teams compete against a public
   12  primary or secondary school or public postsecondary educational
   13  institution.

   18  and insert:
