    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (905484) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 19 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Interscholastic, intercollegiate, intramural, or club
    6  athletic teams or sports that are sponsored by a secondary
    7  school or postsecondary educational institution, or any
    8  secondary school or educational institution whose students or
    9  teams compete against a public school or public secondary or
   10  postsecondary educational institution must be expressly
   11  designated as one of the following, based on the biological sex
   12  of the team members:
