On Page: 387             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Windley Key & Key Heights Affordable 
Spec App: 3107           Housing Project (Senate Form 1227). Reduces $250,000 
                         in nonrecurring general revenue funds from the 
                         Department of State 2021-2022 Cultural and Museum 
                         Grants General Program Support ranked list.
