On Page: 235             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Starke Wastewater System Upgrade (Senate 
Spec App: 1607A          Form 1353). Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from Fort White Water Supply Project 
                         (Senate Form 1294).
