Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 096             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the Agape 
Spec App:  444           Community Health Center Mobile Dental Unit (Senate 
                         Form 1128). Reduces funding from the Agency for 
                         Health Care Administration by the same amount from 
                         the Florida Health Care Connection (FX).
