On Page: 235             Provides $300,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Palm Bay Nutrient Baffle Boxes and 
Spec App: 1607A          Treatment Drains (Senate Form 1387). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from Statewide Capital 
                         Depreciation.
