On Page: 051             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the University 
Spec App:  190           of Miami Miller School of Medicine (Senate Form 
                         1187). Reduces funding from the Agency for Health 
                         Care Administration by the same amount from the 
                         Florida Health Care Connection (FX).
