On Page: 051             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the construction of the Palm Beach County 
Spec App:  190           Homeless Resource Center 2 (Senate Form 1231) in the 
                         Department of Children and Families and reduces 
                         funds by the same amount from the Florida Health 
                         Care Connection (FX) in the Agency for Health Care 
                         Administration.
