       The Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs, Space, and
       Domestic Security (Harrell) recommended the following:

    3         Delete line 54
    4  and insert:
    5  is warranted. Any prescribing or dispensing of a controlled
    6  substance under this subsection must comply with the applicable
    7  requirements of ss. 456.44 and 465.0276.
