       The Committee on Health Policy (Baxley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 93 - 97
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Provide input and feedback in writing to the
    6  department, the Medicaid program, and other state agencies on
    7  matters that affect people who have been diagnosed with rare
    8  diseases, including, but not limited to, pandemic or natural
    9  disaster preparedness and response.
