       The Committee on Community Affairs (Hooper) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5  in all new high-rise and existing high-rise buildings. Two-way
    6  radio communication enhancement systems may be used to comply
    7  with minimum radio signal strength requirements. However, two
    8  way radio communication enhancement systems and similar systems
    9  may not be required in apartments or buildings that are four
   10  stories or less in height. Existing

   20         requiring certain radio communication enhancement
   21         systems in apartments or buildings of a certain
