       The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 117
    4  and insert:
    5  perform congenital cardiac surgery revoked. The Secretary of
    6  Health Care Administration may accept or modify the panel’s
    7  recommendations and shall enforce compliance with the agency’s
    8  standards accordingly.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Between lines 22 and 23
   13  insert:
   14         authorizing the Secretary for Health Care
   15         Administration to accept or modify the panel’s
   16         recommendations and requiring enforcement of the
   17         agency’s standards accordingly;
