       The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete line 79
    4  and insert:
    5  or by other electronic means. The chair and vice chair of the
    6  panel, in consultation with the agency, shall develop the
    7  agendas for panel meetings.
    8         (f) Beginning on January 1, 2020, and annually thereafter,
    9  the panel shall compose a report signed by the chair and vice
   10  chair of the panel and submit the a report to the Governor, the
   11  President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
   12  Representatives, the Secretary of Health Care Administration,
   13  and the State Surgeon General. The report must summarize the
   14  panel’s activities during the preceding fiscal year and include
   15  data and performance measures on surgical morbidity and
   16  mortality for all pediatric cardiac programs.

   28  insert:
   29         requiring the panel’s chair and vice chair, in
   30         consultation with the Agency for Health Care
   31         Administration, to develop panel meeting agendas;
   32         requiring a certain annual report composed and
   33         submitted by the panel to be signed by the panel’s
   34         chair and vice chair;
