    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to fees; amending s. 547.004, F.S.;
    3         providing an application fee and a renewal fee for
    4         licenses relating to sports wagering; providing a
    5         contingent effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Subsection (4) is added to section 547.004,
   10  Florida Statutes, as created by SB ___, 2021 Regular Session, to
   11  read:
   12         547.004 Sports wagering licenses.—
   13         (4) The application fee and renewal fee for a license
   14  issued or renewed under this section is $100,000.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date that
   16  SB ___ or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   17  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
   18  thereof and becomes a law.
