       The Committee on Appropriations (Farmer) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2551 - 2554
    4  and insert:
    5  in the 2023-2024 2020-2021 school year, and each year
    6  thereafter, the maximum number of student FTE students
    7  participating in the scholarship program under this section
    8  shall annually increase by 0.5 1.0 percent of the state’s total
    9

   13  and insert:
