       The Committee on Education (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 339 - 341
    4  and insert:
    5  to be used pursuant to s. 1002.395. The eligible business making
    6  the contribution may not designate a specific student as the
    7  beneficiary of the contribution.
