       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 246 and 247
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Section 331.17, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         331.17 Transportation services at airports.—To facilitate
    8  the provision of transportation services on the property of a
    9  publicly owned airport that is open for public use, a car
   10  sharing service as defined in s. 212.0606(1), a motor vehicle
   11  rental company as defined in s. 212.0606(1), or a peer-to-peer
   12  car-sharing program as defined in s. 627.7483(1) must enter into
   13  an agreement with the airport to provide such services.

   17         Delete line 27
   18  and insert:
   19         vehicle; creating s. 331.17, F.S.; requiring specified
