       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 393 - 397
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Vicarious liability.—Section 324.021(9)(b)3. does not
    6  limit the liability of a shared vehicle owner for any loss or
    7  injury that occurs during the car-sharing period and arises out
    8  of the ownership, maintenance, or use of the shared vehicle.
