       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (254770) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 377 - 381
    5  and insert:
    6         (b) Vicarious liability.—Section 324.021(9)(b)3. does not
    7  limit the liability of a shared vehicle owner for any loss or
    8  injury that occurs during the car-sharing period and arises out
    9  of the ownership, maintenance, or use of the shared vehicle.
