    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to conservation area designations;
    3         designating the Southeast Florida Coral Reef Ecosystem
    4         Conservation Area as the Kristin Jacobs Coral Reef
    5         Ecosystem Conservation Area; directing the Department
    6         of Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Kristin Jacobs Coral Reef Ecosystem Conservation
   12  Area designated; Department of Environmental Protection to erect
   13  suitable markers.—
   14         (1) The Southeast Florida Coral Reef Ecosystem Conservation
   15  Area, as established by chapter 2018-30, Laws of Florida, is
   16  designated as the “Kristin Jacobs Coral Reef Ecosystem
   17  Conservation Area.”
   18         (2) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed
   19  to erect suitable markers designating the Kristin Jacobs Coral
   20  Reef Ecosystem Conservation Area as described in subsection (1).
   21         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
