       The Committee on Environment and Natural Resources (Albritton)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 320 - 323
    4  and insert:
    5  within 3,500 feet of the aquifer storage and recovery wells,
    6  that it has implemented institutional controls to prevent the
    7  future construction of potable water supply wells within 3,500
    8  feet of the aquifer storage and recovery wells, and that the
    9  recovered water is being used for irrigation purposes. The
   10  injection of reclaimed water that meets the requirements of this
