Senator Jones moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment to House Amendment (942955) (with title
2 amendment)

4 Between lines 68 and 69
5 insert:
6 (6) The prohibition in subsection (2) does not apply to a
7 candidate who violates a social media platform’s policy against
8 child pornography or child endangerment, and a social media
9 platform may knowingly deplatform such a candidate.

19 from willfully deplatforming a candidate; providing
20 fines for violations; authorizing social media
21 platforms to provide free advertising for candidates
22 under specified conditions; providing enforcement
23 authority consistent with federal and state law;
24 providing an exception; creating s. 287.137, F.S.;
25 defining terms;
