    3         Delete lines 411 - 412
    4  and insert:
    5         b. Has at least 100 million monthly individual platform
    6  participants globally.

    8  The term does not include any information service, system,
    9  Internet search engine, or access software provider operated by
   10  a company that owns and operates a theme park or entertainment
   11  complex as defined in 509.013, F.S.
