    1         Senate Amendment

    5         (g) “Social media platform” means any technology platform
    6  or access software provider that does business in the state and
    7  provides or enables computer access by multiple users in a
    8  public digital forum for the primary purpose of connecting with
    9  other users and creating and sharing user generated content over
