       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 178 - 183
    4  and insert:
    5         b. Be an officer, official, employee, or other person with
    6  duties or responsibilities relating to a gaming operation owned
    7  by an Indian tribe that has a valid and active compact with the
    8  state; be a contractor or subcontractor of such tribe or an
    9  entity employed, licensed, or contracted by such tribe; or be an
   10  ultimate equitable owner, as defined in s. 550.002(37), of such
   11  entity; or
