       The Committee on Health Policy (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 36 - 37
    4  and insert:
    5  the patient;
    6         (c) The pelvic examination is administered pursuant to a
    7  child protective investigation under chapter 39;
    8         (d) The pelvic examination is administered pursuant to a
    9  criminal investigation of an alleged violation related to child
   10  abuse or neglect under s. 787.06(3)(b), (d), (f), or (g),
   11  chapter 794, chapter 796, chapter 800, chapter 827, or chapter
   12  847; or
   13         (e) The pelvic examination is indicated in the standard of
