       Senator Thurston moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (549168) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 45
    4  and insert:
    5  chapter 440 or to claims brought against a facility that was
    6  cited for a deficiency pursuant to s. 400.23(8)(a), (b), or (c)
    7  during the 3 years preceding the date of the State Surgeon
    8  General’s declaration of the state public health emergency
    9  relating to COVID-19.
