       Senator Torres moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 232 and 233
    4  insert:
    5         (5) Any business that is insured under an insurance policy
    6  providing coverage for premises liability shall receive a rebate
    7  of any insurance premiums paid or accrued from an insurance
    8  carrier or insurance provider for the period of any loss of use
    9  of the business premises due to authoritative or controlling
   10  government-issued health standards or guidance.
