       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    3         Between lines 163 and 164
    4  insert:
    5         (5)To be eligible for liability protections under this
    6  section, the defendant must prove by clear and convincing
    7  evidence that, before the cause of action accrued, it posted a
    8  notice at each business entrance in a clear and conspicuous
    9  manner which stated the following in a font that was at least
   10  20-point type:
   12         ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.—This establishment is not
   13         liable for transmission of or exposure to COVID-19
   14         pursuant to section 768.38, Florida Statutes, even if
   15         such transmission or exposure was caused by our own
   16         negligent conduct.

   19  And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 8
   21  and insert:
   22         providing a statute of limitations; requiring a
   23         defendant in such action to prove that, before the
   24         cause of action accrued, it posted a specified notice
   25         at each business entrance as a condition of
   26         eligibility for liability protection under the act;
   27         providing
