       The Committee on Judiciary (Polsky) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 152 - 154
    4  and insert:
    5  action. The defendant is not liable for any act or omission
    6  relating to a COVID-19-related claim unless the plaintiff can
    7  demonstrate by the greater weight of the evidence that the
    8  injury was caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the
    9  defendant.
