       The Committee on Judiciary (Rouson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 190 - 196
    4  and insert:
    5  claim against a health care provider must commence within 2
    6  years after the later of the date of death due to COVID-19,
    7  hospitalization related to COVID-19, or the first diagnosis of
    8  COVID-19 which forms the basis of the action.
