       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 624
    4  and insert:
    5  the Department of Financial Services. The same information
    6  described in this section must also be provided to the
    7  department by the insurance company’s in-house counsel, its
    8  outside defense law firm, and each participating lawyer for each
    9  of the claims described in this section.

   13         Delete line 102
   14  and insert:
