       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Delete lines 140 - 177
    4  and insert:

    6  For the purposes of this paragraph, the term “unspent budgeted
    7  funds for court-related functions” means undisbursed funds
    8  included in the clerks of the courts budgets for court-related
    9  functions established pursuant to this section and s. 28.36.
