       Senator Powell moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (107453) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 900 - 903
    4  and insert:
    5  by an employee of the supervisor’s office. However, a supervisor
    6  may provide secure drop boxes outside of these hours and
    7  locations at his or her discretion during a declared state of
    8  emergency or a sworn law
