       The Committee on Rules (Albritton) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 32 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5  to part IV of chapter 373.
    6         4. Permits issued by the Department of Environmental
    7  Protection or a water management district pursuant to part II of
    8  chapter 373 for land subject to a development agreement under
    9  ss. 163.3220-163.3243 in which the permittee and the developer
   10  are the same or a related entity.
   11         5. The buildout date of a development of regional impact,
   12  including any extension of a buildout date that was previously
   13  granted as specified in s. 380.06(7)(c).
