       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 34 and 35
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Legislature rescinds the designation of the
    6  mockingbird as the state bird, as adopted by the Legislature at
    7  the 1927 Regular Session.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 4
   12  and insert:
   13         state dessert; rescinding the designation of the
   14         mockingbird as the state bird; providing an effective
   15         date.
