       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (906044) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 110 and 111
    5  insert:
    6         (14) A domestic surplus lines insurer may not issue a
    7  property insurance contract on any property insured in this
    8  state, and a surplus lines agent may not deliver a property
    9  insurance contract issued by a domestic surplus lines insurer on
   10  property in this state, which contains any provision requiring
   11  or authorizing litigation, arbitration, mediation, or any other
   12  alternative dispute resolution outside of this state or applying
   13  the law of any jurisdiction other than this state.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 1120
   18  and insert:
   19         specified laws; prohibiting specified insurers from
   20         issuing property insurance contracts requiring or
   21         authorizing certain legal proceedings; amending ss.
   22         458.320, 459.0085, and
